Designer help?

Ok, I'm new to the designer. What I'm trying to do is make a login box on the top left, but there is text next to where I want it. What i'm saying is the login box get's added below the text. Here's what i'm trying to do,

I want the login box at the top left of that page. Any help?

You'll want to use either tables or CSS. CSS is preferred.
