Description boxes??

Hello,

I am sorry if this has been answered, but I have done multiple searches and can not locate info on this. I would like a description box to appear over a button when the mouse hovers over. Much Like a toolbar, I have a group of buttons that contain icons. I need some type of descriptive text to pop up when the mouse is on top of the button. My apologies if this is a "DUMB" question, but I can't seem to find info on this from any sources.
