Question deploy with database

hello friends
i create a program that include a sql database .i want when i install this program on a new system,database also install on new system.how can i do this.

Did you add an MDF file (Server-based database) to your project directly or did you create a new database in Management Studio so that it's attached to the SQL Server instance? The implications are different for deployment in each case.
