DataGridView or third party?

Hi. I have been using VSFlexGrid in VB6 applications because the MS VB6 DataGridView was not up to it - very slow etc. I find that in VB.net, the same VSFlex component is not compatible. Do you think the VB.net DataGridView is OK, or should I fork out £400 for ComponentOne's .net flex grid??
