how can i connect oralce 10g with VB.net using oracle provider

Create an OracleConnection with the appropriate connection string and then call Open. Visit ConnectionStrings.com to find the appropriate format.

If youre using full Visual Studio, not express, then you can connect to it using the designer. Read the DW2 link in my signature, section Creating a Simple Data App, but instead of picking SQLServer, pick Oracle when the time comes.
