Question Custom snap-in does not show in snapins when adding to MMC console

I have followed some examples on the internet for writing an MMC snap-in. I have followed everything I can find about writing the program such as implementing the correct interfaces and adding a reference to the microsoft.managementconsole. When I use the MMC to add a snap-in, my snap-in does not show up? Can anyone give me an idea of what I may have missed? Thanks.
