Crystal Report setup Problem with .Net

[egylinux]

when i am trying to install my software made by vs.net 2005 on windows server 2003 it gives me that Error:

The cabinet file‘_BD50B066619DCD4EEC06DB60284C24’requierd for this installation is corrupt and can not be used .this could indicate a network error ,an error reading from the CD-ROM , or a problem with this package

Please help me to find a solution for that problem

Note:the error happens when installing the prerequisite file Crystal reports for .Net Framework 2.0 (x86)
