i have a couple of questions with vb.net
1)i am using sql server 2000 with vb.net .
have a register page for the user insert the info by the textbox
and i wanna check if the info is exists in the database ,if the info was exists in the database i will get an error on the page
2)the second question is :
how can i make a download page like rapidshare when the user press free or premium and he gets a timer that couting from a number that i will choose
and when it reaches to 0 the user will have to input the code from the picture (random picture).(the code must match the picture)
3)how do i crate a progress bar for my upload page ?
