I know this is a fairly common issue but i'm getting tired of my solution. My issue is when a user copies something from MS Word and then pastes it into a multi line text box. MS Word has special characters and i'm trying to filter/replace them. Characters such as the curly quotation instead of the normal quotation. I've just been running multiple replace functions on some known characters. But every once in a while a user uses a new character that i'm not replacing and then the content gets messed up. Any ideas how to filter all these characters would be very helpful. Even a master list of characters that don't translate well form MS Word would be helpful.
