Converted Vb.net Dll didnot show in Vb6.0

I created a Vb.Net dll which I will comsume in Vb6.0. I used regasm test.dll /tlb: test.tlb. When I comsumed it , I didnot see any of the public properties. Plz help I need it urgently.

Did you tick the option to make the assembly COM visible in Project Properties?

Yes I did everything possible, but It wasn't showing
