Configuring DHCP & DNS

Hey

I'm currently writing a program wich allows the user to configure the DHCP, DNS, WINS and the AD of the server. So far all is going really well. I've been able to complete the modules wich aids the user to configure his AD and server settings except I have no idea how to programaticly change the settings of my DHCP server. I'm not asking you to give me a complete code to do this all bu if you could just point me in the right direction...
