Cheapest Component for PDF Conversions?

Are there any affordable components out there that can handle multiple types of PDF conversions (DOC to PDF..HTML to PDF..PDF to DOC..etc)? I'm talking in the $50-$150 range?

I see some free ones out there but I see that some use watermarks and don't offer any kind of commercialization..
