Question changing web browser error screens.

Hi, (have i posted this in the right place?)
i wonder if anyone knows how to change the "connection not found" error page in the web browser in vb.net 2008. I would want to have a web browser displaying online content, and if no connection was found rather than the Internet explorer error page i would like it to say something like, "an active Internet connection is required for this application to run"
please help!
