Question Change file location

vb 2010 express edition
I have to questions, first I want my program to check what it's current loacation is and if it isn't C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup I want it to move to that location, how do I do that? (I'm kind of a newbie)...

You don't. An EXE file can't move itself. Moreover, you shouldn't. The folder you specified should contain only shortcuts to programs, not programs themselves.
