Can't add form with McAfee Virus Scan 10

I just installed McAfee Internet Security Suite version 10 on my computer. When I tried to add a window form to an existing vb.net project, I get a "suspicious script" warning from McAfee Virus Scan. If I tell McAfee to allow the script to run, nothing happens and my .Net environment doesn't respond to anything. If I try to close .Net, I get an error saying a modal dialog box is open that needs a response. I've tried everything to find the modal dialog box, but no luck. I've tried to disable McAfee, but it always seems to find a way to block me from adding a form. Anyone else seen this?

McAfee have a patch available for an issue that arose with .NET WinForms applications that resulted in missing text. Make sure you have that patch installed and maybe it will fix your issue too.
