Question Can I combine WAMP and my application installation together?

Hi, newbie here. ^.^.
I just made an application using MySQL for the database. I use WAMP.
So the question is :
Can I combile WAMP and my application installation into one packet installation ?

wamp contains some other tools like apache - php & ..
i think if ya put mysql setup beside your application setup is much more easier & efficient
