Guys,
I faced a wierd problem this morning. My break points were not working all of a sudden. I tried various solutions provided by people in many posts but could not resolve this issue. I also uninstalled and reinstalled VS 2010 and still the same problem. Finally I gave up but one ray of hope was the setting I had changed earlier while working on another project. I had changed the setting of VS 2010 in properties page under Compatibility and checked the checkbox - "Run this program in compatibility for - Windows XP Service Pack 3". When I unchecked this option and tried again, breakpoints started working. I really am not sure what caused this to stop my breakpoint from hitting in debug mode but this is the only reason I found. Hope this helps some one who gets stuck like me.
Thanks,
Naveen
