Question Bind 3 exe files and choose to run only the specific ones

I'm thinking if its possible to merge 3 exe files ( A, B, C) into one? ( to make it look neater) And using VB to select and run A.exe

What the merge means here? To make a single executable or just have them in a specific location?
You can certainly call/run any of the three executables using process or shell or whatever but the merge thing is little confusing. Please provide more details about that.
