ASP.NET in VS2013 Express?

I'm interested in getting started using ASP.NET but only have the Express Edition of VS. Since I don't see an ASP project template I'm guessing I need a more powerful version.

If this is correct, which edition of VS2013 do I need?

Express 2013 for Web: Visual Studio Express
or this: Free Dev Tools - Visual Studio Community 2013 (= free VS Professional for individual developer)
