anyone familiar with click-once deployment?

i use "click once" for remote deployments. works great. i decided the other day to create an entirely new version of my app. so i have myapp and myapp2
does anyone know why......when i deploy myapp2, to an entirely new folder on the server, why does the executable overwrite myapp???
