Question "An error occured creating the form"

Hey guys, I need some help. I am using this Building Client/Server applications with VB.NET for secure private file sharing - CodeProject to create a server and client for fule sharing. It uses the BIg File Sharing SDK and I always get this error:

An error occurred creating the form. See Exception.InnerException for details.  The error is: Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))

Anybody knows why that error appears?
