Adding a Help System

I have a Windows Forms Application and I would like to add a help system to it. Either the old school HTML Help Control Contents (like VB6) or something like the Help system in Visual Studio 2010.

I have done some searching, which isnt very easy when using the word help. I can't find how to do it.

I know I can do in form help, tooltips, etc, but I want something like above.

Can someone point me to a tutorial or sample or something like that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
