AD group enumeration

I'm new to VB.Net. I can't seem to find any examples of vb.net code which enumerate the membership of an AD group. I can find lots of references to enumerating the groups that a userid is a member of, but not the other way around. I'm looking for help. Any assistance would be appreciated.
