XP Image Resizer Powertoy

Hi,

I'm currently developing a application at the moment and i want to be able to incorporate the XP Image Resizer Powertoy, but i'm having difficulties.
I tried to reference the dll, phototoy.dll, but i can get it to reference, i was just wondering if anyone else might have tried integrating it or just offer some advice on how to unlock the dll

I don't think that you can use that dll.
