X86, X64, Ia64

I know what the difference between x86 (32 Bit) and x64 (64 Bit), but what's IA64?

What's the difference between x64 and IA64?

I see there's three SP1's for .Net 2.0 framework:
SP1 x86
SP1 x64
SP1 IA64

X64 is also known as AMD64, IA64 is Intel Itanium 64-bit architecture, they did intially take different steps from 32-bit to 64-bit. Intel has later released x86 compatible 64-extended processors (X64). (if I didn't get the Wiki articles mixed up now )
