Winforms : skinning non client areas

Hi, I found this great free skinnable dll for VB6 and was wondering if this would work with VB2005e. Free skins are also available.
As I don't know enough yet, could you gurus please help check it out and let me know if it will fail ?

If it is com or activex you can use it with .net. As for whether or not it will work, i dunno. But here's a couple of links to sites where it is explained how to call a vb6 dll in .net..
