Question windows form through Com object

I prepared a com object with vb.net. I am trying to use that object with a program called Netcad(local cad program like Autocad). when you call that object inside Netcad(attachment "netcad.png") a windows form pops up and with some codes i can do whatever I can do. Second part doesnt important.
What i want to do is I want the form appears only once.
I hope I made mayself clear
Can I manage that?

I'm afraid that you haven't. Please provide a FULL and CLEAR description of the problem. Assume that too many words is better than not enough. My guess is that you're saying that, if a form is already open, you don't want another click to open another instance. I shouldn't really have to guess though.
