windows application publish Error(Application error-start up failed)

Hi All,

i am new to VB.NET.I already create application in VB.NET its working very nicely.Now i want to publish this application.I tried to publish this by using publish option under build menu.But i got an error " Application error-startup failed" .How i can debug this issue.

please help me to solve this.
