windows 7 taskbar progressbar percentage

In windows 7, the taskbar icon show a progressbar. Is there a way to get the percentage of that progressbar from another program with vb.net?

I don't know the answer to your question, but if I was trying to find out for myself, the first place I'd look would be the Windows API Pack, which is the .NET wrapper for those new Windows 7 features.
