windows 10 update and DataVisualization.Charting

I have iinherate a vb.net application that has died with the new windows 10 update. It was using the graphing package
DataVisualization.Charting. Somehow I get an error that says it is not defined. I'm thinking that i have to re-register this but have forgotten how. I know is is simple but am having a brain fart.

Please provide a FULL and CLEAR explanation of the problem. Are you talking about a compilation error or a run-time exception? I'm guessing the former but we shouldn't have to guess. Tell us exactly what you're doing and exactly what happens, which means the actual error message and not just a vague approximation.
