- Minimum four years of real world development life cycle experience
- Solid .Net knowledge and development experience
- Familiar with OO methodology and OO development cycle
- Good analytical skills for problem solving
- To be able to work well independently in a team environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Life insurance knowledge is a big plus
- Advanced knowledge in VB or .Net programming
- Proficient in Object Oriented Modeling
- Basic Java programming skills
