why i changed the form on my project, it doesn't effect on when I run the project :=(

I had to change my computer time to be the past to test my program using curr time as in the past but when I changed the anything on the form code or design, it doesn't effect to the change when I run the program(It seems as I didn't change anything on the form) :-( don't know why ,pls help, I am newbie ones.

Yes it was build successfully, I have tried to rebuild and also clean with rebuild, still not effect :-(

I got it already. It was because of slowing updated change from my laptop I think.
