Which control to use for my needs?

Hi. Which control should I use to do this:

1. Load a BMP into the control
2. Draw dots on choosen coordinates
3. Zoom IN of desired area (clicking on desired area to zoom that area), Zoom OUT with right mouse button
4. Scrollbars (horizontal and vertical)
5. Detecting coordinates of mouse click on the picture
