Where to keep the ActiveX file?

I have made a fancy ActiveX button. Right now i have kept the file in the bin of my Project.

If i change the Location of my ActiveX button...All ActiveX button get disappear from my project.

Pls kindly guide where should i place my ActiveX button file ...and if I make the setup of my Project then where should I keep that file?

HELP NEEDED
