When I read data in ldap, I lost special characters

Hi all !

I read data in ldap database and when I receive the data in VB.NET, I lost the special characters, the accents.

Example : Électricien in ldap, I receive lectricien

The special characters with accents are deleted, lost.
I can't replace that by the good character, but it's deleted.
