Whats the name of the property that makes a grid auto generate columns?

I've used it before, and I jsut cant quite remember what it is.. I suspect my current grid is showing nothing because it is not auto-generating columns for what it finds in the datasource (it was a fixed column collection, now dynamic)

Ive used this before to have a grid show only 3 columns of a 4 column datatable - if you dont turn it off, it autogenerates a column for the other data column..

What's the property called?
