what this error mean?

hi
i did a setup file for my progect in vb.net2005 and db in sql server 2005
i install my programe in anew pc and it install fine with .net
but when i want open it this error come's up

unhandeled exception has occurred in your application. if you click continue, the application will iqnore this error and attempt to continue. if you click quit, the application will close immediately.
an error has occuerd while establishing a connection to the server. when connection to SQL server 2005 , this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default setting SQL server does not allow remote connections.(provider:sql network interfaces, error location server/instance specified)

why is that? is because there is no data base conectted or what? please help thx

it's probably because it cant locate the database.
