Question what control is this?

All 3 programs shown in the picture (goole toolbar, winrar, and BitTorrent 6.1.1) have the same toolbar.

How can I make my toolbars look and behave the same way? I know these are standard toolbars/toolstrips (NOT customized ones). How can I access them in VB .Net 2008 or 2005?

What each one of them actually are, I don't know, but in .Net you'd use a ToolStrip for that functionality.
