I am new to dotnet, and trying to deploy a VB.Net exe on a client machine. On the development machine it runs fine, but on the client machine, it gives error (My client machine is vista, and i have repaired .NET Framework 3.5 also). What are the steps that should be followed to deploy a VB.Net exe on a client machine? I already ran dotnetfx.exe on the machine. Do we have to copy the entire bin directory on client machine? do we have to register the dlls? Where should i keep my database (Access) files & visual studio files? on network or in shared folders???????
