WEIRD MSI question. Please help

I have an MSI that was supplied to me by a vendor. In order to install it I need to use command line switches.

Is there a way I can create a new MSI that runs the old MSI with the switches?

I need to use Group Policy to deploy the MSI and GP does not allow switches.
