i got a fresh question

where is webcam located? i mean, the video that is now webcam seeing....

i gotta webcam that is slf-powered and alwayz on...
can i with one way 2 c wat it sees?

any help will b aprecieted(syntax error!)

Hii..
This might help you Its a readymade class for using webcam..its all done using API's like sendmessage..You have certain hex constants which you need to send as commands to the webcam "driver" to get things done.." not to webcam directly".

Heyy,
Do you mean something else by asking webcam location? I dont know what you mean by webcam location...Its right there fixed on your desktop if youve fixed it or kept somewhere inside the cupboard if you kept it or with a friend if you gave it...hehehe...jk..
but I really didnt understand exactly..what "location"? Hope my previous post helps if you...if not,please explain to me what you mean...I dont understand

where what cam sees doesnt go anywhere....
It comes only when you switch it on through the computer and recieve images from it sending commands to it..
It works like this..
you say:switch on
cam says: yes sir,im on
you say: ok,now,send me what you see
cam says: yes sir im sending frames of pictures (this looks like motion video to us)
you say: ok thanks,now im displaying what you're sending,send me faster..(means you can set the frame rate)
cam says:yes sir,im sending faster
you say: ok now,im closing my app,so,stop!
cam says:Roger that! Cam close!
You say:Good!
Thats it! Got it? Now see that link I gave you there and use that classs and...stop asking silly questions
