VS 2005 + SQL Server 2000

Hello,

I'm planning to upgrade the development platform: from VS 2003 to VS 2005.
Should I also upgrade the database system up to SQL Server 2005 instead of SQL Server 2000 ?

do you have a need to upgrade SQL Server? Is there some feature in SQL Server 2005 that you need and isn't provided in SQL Server 2000?
