Question Visual Studio 2003.NET

Hello guys,

I am new to VB.NET and wanted to know that where to download the free version of Visual Studio and IIS. I am trying to learn this new technology and need your sincere help. I would really appreciate if someone could me out to get started.

IIS comes with windows already and you can get VS 2008 Express editions for free: http://www.microsoft.com/express/
