VB.Net Standalone Application

Is possible to create an standalone application with the Visual Studio Deployment or Installshield Express-X to run in a machine that don't have installled Framework?. If not possible, with Framework Redistributable installed is sufficient to run the application? Thanks for your help.

No, you cannot run VB.NET without the .NET framework. And yes, all that is required is the .NET framework.
