VB Help, populating text boxes with database data

hi, this is my first post and i hope you guys can help me, i am creating a application in vb.net 2003 and am stuck on this one part, i need to know how i can populate text boxes from a database and also how i can navigate through the text boxes using the buttons provided, for a clearer picture pls view the attachment
