************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

i really need help on this one... thanks in advance ;)

It appears that a value that is used around the start of your program is null. Set variables equal to 0, "", or Nothing, instead of just defining them, especially at the start, to fix this problem. Or, move variables defined outside of the sub to the inside of the subs that they are used in.

Do you have Option Strict On in your app?

I'm guessing No...if you set that on, it should point out the error while you are in design mode.
