Using Windows Media Player to tag audio files?

WMP has the ability to tag audio files, but i've never seen reference of how to use it as a tagger within e.g. an app I write. Instead of seeking out an ID3 tagging library and struggling it into a project, I'm wondering if anyone knows how to use WMP's tagging abilities from my code?
