using activeX control in VB.net

i am familiar with vb6.0 environtment and lately i'm just change to vb.net. i try to use active X control .ocx in my application , but when i try to insert it the error that tell that i have to register it first before i can use it. what should i do in order to use the .ocx in my application
 
select
the COM objects tab and browse to the control. Click on the Check Box, and
click OK. It will be added to your Toolbox, and you can place it on a form.
