Question User Controls and Panels...

I want to make my own tab control but I've run into a problem. I need to be able to just drag stuff into the panels in the control but the panels only work in the control itself. I've looked through its property's and Googled but I cant find anything on how to do this...

Reworded (Sometimes its best to word something two different ways):
I want a UserControl that has panels on it be able to have stuff be dragged INTO the panels IN the UserControl.

You need to create a custom designer for your control, other wise the IDE doesn't know how to handle designing it.
