upload files with progress bar how?

i can upload files ok.

now i want to show progress on uploading the file how?

can i do this easily ?or there is a control or 3rd party control ?

by the way my poor idea is to put update progress and show please wait ...
what i want is to show progress percentage of the uploaded amount
